Whether you are going to stop here for the day or spend your entire vacation in San Sebastian, Spain (Donostia), let us give you an insight into this unique region and culture during one of our tours.
In Donostia/San Sebastian, much like in the rest of the Iberian peninsula, things follow a certain time line. If you get off that time line or are not aware of it, it can make your visit here less enjoyable. On all our tours, we help you understand the time line and explain to you the why´s and the how to´s.
From the markets that close at 2 pm and the traditional Pintxos done before lunch, to the retail shops closing between 1 and 4 pm and the restaurants opening back up in the late afternoon early evening, everything here is done at certain times for certain reasons.
Private Tours
Our private tours are the same as our normal tours, but for the enjoyment of your group only. Please, contact us for pricing and availability as far out as you can so that we can ensure that the date and time you are interested in, are available.
Simply send us an email and let us know which tour you would like to do and how many people are in your group. Very easy!
It will be best to do the tour on your first day here, before you venture out on your own, starting as early as 10:00 am but should not start much later than 11:00 am, but its your tour! Keep in mind that the more traditional Pintxo times are early afternoon.
Once you have made your reservation and upon request, we have a list of great adventures and local restaurants that we recommend that are in the city or very close, as well as a few day trips that are off the beaten path, but are so worth the trip! You don’t come here often or maybe once in a lifetime, so let us help you make it the best it can be.
